No matter which date you choose, you're in for an awesome time, though each one has an extra special tour. All of our Immersive Courses follow the same program but with a little something extra. For January, we've added a special treat: a tour of Querétaro’s famous Wine and Cheese Route!

This route takes you through beautiful vineyards and artisanal cheese farms, where you'll get to taste some of the best local wines and cheeses, learn about their production, and enjoy the scenic countryside. It's the perfect blend of flavors and culture!
